The Constitutional Court's decision not to accept the petition of "Thaksin-Pheu Thai"

The Constitutional Court voted 7 to 2 to not accept the petition for consideration in the case of "Thaksin-Pheu Thai" overthrowing the government, stating that there is not yet sufficient weight of evidence.
